As always, last week was filled with numerous thought provoking articles from several dozen bloggers. There doesn’t ever seem to be a shortage of posts that leave an impression on me any given week. So without further ado, in no particular order, here are my top 5 favorite posts of the week!

Every once in awhile I just enjoy reading about blog achievements. Cash Flow Mantra has made amazing progress by any standards, stop by and see how he has grown his blog over the past month.
Personally, I think the job market is picking up a bit, at least in the Metro Detroit area. However, many are still without one. If you have been out of work awhile, and your savings are depleted, find some advice at Retire by 40 on how to change your situation.
Money Beagle asks himself, “Will we make it?”, regarding the hold off on turning the heat on! I found this hilarious, simply because I thought I was the only one who did this each year. I made it until yesterday, but I just couldn’t handle the cold house anymore. How cold does it have to be before you turn the heat on??
